You have to become prequalified

After you submit your information, our franchise development account manager will contact you to discuss your needs and financials. 

Filling out Personal Profile Form

You will fill out the personal profile form where you will share your background, future plans & goals. This form will help us to learn about you and plan our future relationships

Completion of in-depth program review

You will be watching one hour video that will provide you with an in-depth understanding of our franchise offer, exact business model, market selection process, and more info

Filling out Franchise Disclosure documentation

You will read and sign our franchise non-disclosure documentation

Conference call

At this call, you will discuss your applicable fees, investment, an overview of our support, technology profile, and more

Actual Franchise application

You would submit a formal franchise application and Consideration form. The application submission fee is $250. 

Exploration Day at headhunters facility

You will receive an invite from our team to spend a Discovery Day at our headquarters in Los Angeles, where you will meet with our executive team and other franchise owners in person. This meeting will be an amazing opportunity to ask all questions in person

Franchise approval

After meeting you in person, our team will make a final decision about your application. After that, the e-Vita franchise paperwork will be prepared and mailed to you.
